Here at The Fit Stop we offer both 1-on-1 private training and our hugely popular semi private / group training sessions.
After years of experience training local St Kilda residents just like you, I came to the conclusion a while ago that most people don’t actually need 1-on-1 private sessions.
In fact I found most of my clients who trained in a small group got better results!
This is due to the social support of other like minded people, as well as the extra energy and push you naturally give yourself and put into your training when you’re in a group environment… not to mention the savings with your training costs…
Now if you NEED 1-on-1 training, we’ll let you know and that’s perfectly fine, we wouldn’t let you train in a group unless you’re perfectly capable and comfortable in that environment.
A lot of people are the types that just prefer the 100% individualized programming and attention that private sessions give.
Generally 1-on-1 private sessions are the best option if:
- You are completely new to exercise
- You have injuries or dysfunctions we need to work through first
- You need some work on your technique
- You’d prefer a bit of a kick start with your own trainer
- You just prefer to train 1-on-1
And many of our clients start out this way before progressing into the semi private training format.
But we understand not everyone can afford a private trainer forever which is why we also offer our semi private / group training.
Our small group sessions are high energy, fast paced, and great fun – and you won’t get the sort of high quality group training anywhere else in the St Kilda area.
We’ll program the most effective full body workouts for you, making sure you do everything safely with perfect technique, whilst constantly progressing you, supporting you and pushing you to improve.
We use only the most tried & tested, cutting edge, and proven training methods to help you lose body fat, tone up your whole body and skyrocket your fitness levels.
